All products are sold strictly for laboratory, analytical, and research purposes — not for human consumption. Because of the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
Eligible for return or replacement
Items received damaged in transit.
Incorrect compound or quantity shipped compared to your order confirmation.
Manufacturing defect reported with supporting documentation within 7 days of delivery.
Not eligible
Opened, reconstituted, or temperature-exposed vials.
Orders placed more than 30 days before the return request.
Products purchased through unauthorized resellers.
How to start a return
Email support@peptideclub.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions or a resolution.
Approved returns may receive a replacement shipment or refund to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
